Biden Giving Obama Some Free Candy

Biden...well, he feels that Santorum, Gingrich, and Romney are a threat to the middle class. To give any one of those men the presidency would lead the middle class to bankruptcy. We just need someone strong enough to defeat Obama...

  1. Yeahhh Biden! I like that he's targeting the economy because that seems like the biggest issue that Americans are focusing on right now. Without Obama and Biden campaigning and explaining exactly what they're doing with the economy, the voters will assume that they're not doing anything and will vote for a change since they don't like where the economy is right now. If he continues to campaign like this, the Republicans will have no chance.

  2. Thanks for reminding everybody you exist, Joe. Your political views are extremely relevant! Obama's VP supporting him is a given. Nobody cares about what he has to say. Everybody that has ever run for an election has accused their opponents of being bad for the middle class. By now, conservatively-inclined voters should know that trickle-down economics is in fact bad for the middle class, but they vote with their social belief system. Somebody tell Joe that he can resume his nap.

  3. >...Biden told autoworkers in Ohio, a key battleground state for Obama's re-election bid in November.

Autoworkers in Ohio. I'm going to assume this was a Union speech directed at the supporters with large sums of cash already on their side. I'm not seeing the point of such a speech other than more of a publicity stunt and to reassure the Democrats who is on their side.

  4. I didn't know that Biden was supporting Obama... I'm also surprised he has opposite views of the republican candidates. It's baffling to me that a democratic, residing vice president would publicly go against the possible republican candidates. Okay I'm done being sarcastic.

  5. I think that it is very smart for O'bama and Biden to be catering towards the middle class. The middle class is what makes up most of America, and is the driving force behind our economy. The driving force is not the insanely wealthy, it is the people who go to work everyday in their Toyota Camery and have two to three kids and don't get home till after 6:00pm. These are the people that make up America and that is what, for the most part, the GOP should cater towards. In the same way Biden is.

  6. Easy does it Graham... yes it is obvious that Biden is supporting Obama and is kind of funny that he told that to the public but I like the fact that he targets a key issue, America' s economy. I believe that the middle class needs to be protected because it is what drives America. Without the hardworking middle class workers those in the upper class would have a much more difficult time making their large pay checks.

  7. There are no surprises here. Obviously Biden is going to support Obama and not agree with the Republican candidates. But winning over these autoworkers is key to Obama's reelection. And there needs to be change of face for Obama's campaign. Everybody has seen Obama, his face practically covered America after his election as the first black president. So having Biden give the speech lends a fresher voice in favor of Obama. And everyone wants to be middle class, the middle class is one of the most cherished beliefs in American society. Whether true or not, the idea of harming our middle class is distasteful and will encourage voters to vote for Obama.

  8. Republicans represent the upper class of the United States, which is obvious. I think that is important for the Democratic party to get prepared for the general election and start exploiting policies of the Republicans that does not apeal to the public majority. I think that Biden did the right thing here by energizing some voters.

  9. It's kind of obvious that Joe would start to campaign for Obama. It's just a given, and its no surprise. However, it's ridiculous to say that Republicans are a threat to the middle class. i'm honestly tired of republican stereotypes, that all Republican candidates only care about other Republicans. ITS NOT TRUE. These candidates want to improve AMERICA, not just make the rich people more rich. Come on Biden. I mean energize the voters, but dont feed them half-truths and make Republicans seem like they only care about other Republicans.
