Once Every 36 Years, Primary Fight for Indiana Senator
This Senator is truly feeling the backlash from the partisan lines that are currently crippling our legislative branch. Due to the increased presence of the Tea Party, Republicans are being challenged. This incumbent has been a senator for about as long as our parents have been alive, but he is still being challenged because he has made compromises before with the evil liberals... cool.

Not challenged since 76 (whistle). So most people just want to kick the old man out. Is he really a republican?, people are questioning. Tea party members say get him out. He's got the support from Mitch Daniel's who had his back when people accused Lugar of not being conservative enough.
ReplyDeleteShouldn't this guy be retiring soon anyway? I say it's time for him to leave office. Although I do commemorate him for such a long residence in office, it's time for him to take a hike and get voted out of office. With the Tea Party being an advocate against a Republican incumbent, I think it's going to be hard for him to survive this election.
ReplyDeleteRight alex? I mean c'mon, the retirement age is gone and past for Dick Lugar. He doesn't really have a shot with the support being drummed against him within his own party. If I were him I would leave office, go down to aruba, and enjoy a much deserved retirement.
ReplyDeleteThe liberals weren't evil enough to cost compromising Republicans their jobs until their leader was black.
ReplyDeleteIt's been a good run Senator Lugar... If your own political party won't even support you an more because they have turned ultra conservative then you have no chance of getting reelected. With that, Mr. Lugar if i were you I would tell them to sit on it and peace out of there and enjoy a very long vacation.
